Hummus was almost a daily part of growing up in a Lebanese family. I must have had it at least ever other day. Its such a versatile dish that can be customized in many ways. The recipe is very simple. Get all the ingredients and blend them together! If you want to get really fancy, get the dried chick peas and soak them in water overnight. It definitely gives the hummus a different taste. Although, in my opinion, both canned and dried chick peas provide great taste.
Try out the recipe and let me know what you think!
